Tina founded Bhakta Basics Pelvic Health to bring personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based pelvic floor rehab to women worldwide.


As a licensed and registered occupational therapist, pelvic floor specialist, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and certified nutrition coach, she’s deeply committed to supporting individuals through every phase of life—from pregnancy to postpartum and so much more.


For Tina, being a therapist isn't just a job—it’s a calling. She’s passionate about helping people regain control, comfort, and confidence in their bodies. Her approach integrates hands-on pelvic floor therapy, functional movement, and nutritional support to address the root cause—not just the symptoms.







After experiencing her own pelvic floor challenges firsthand, Tina’s passion for helping others grew even stronger—driven by a deep understanding of what it’s like to navigate recovery and the life-changing impact of the right support. Her clients know her as warm, down-to-earth, and fiercely dedicated to their healing.


She offers virtual services for ultimate convenience and privacy. In addition, Tina also hosts an accessible online group coaching membership called the Bhakta Basics Community—a virtual space for women who are pregnant, postpartum, or navigating diastasis, leakage, and/or prolapse, where they can heal their core and pelvic floor from anywhere, on their own schedule. For those where private sessions aren't in the cards right now, it's a great alternative to still get expert guidance and heal their core and pelvic floor from anywhere, on their own schedule.


Outside of work, Tina loves spending time with her husband and two kids. She’s a proud mom, a home birth advocate, and an outdoors enthusiast who’s happiest exploring something new or sharing a flavorful home-cooked meal with her family.
